Nicole Bondellio joined Lighthouse Private Wealth in January 2026. She began her professional career in Education, earning a bachelor’s degree from Keuka College and a Master of Science in School Counseling from Alfred University. During this time, she worked closely with underserved and at-risk youth. It was through these experiences that she developed a solid foundation in communication and meeting people where they are.

In 2013, Nicole transitioned into the financial services industry. She spent seven years in the Boston suburbs managing the day-to-day operations of a small financial firm, followed by five years as a Client Success Manager at a boutique broker-dealer/RIA, where she supported both clients and advisors. While her career path took an unexpected turn, the throughline has stayed the same: building relationships, understanding what matters most to people, and problem-solving to unite those needs with solutions.

Nicole currently holds Series 7 and Series 66 registrations through LPL Financial.

Outside of work, you will find Nicole enjoying the outdoors with her family.  Most often she can be found hiking with her dogs, playing in a soccer league, acquiring stray cats, reading, or working on the latest home project.
